Fallon is a litigation associate at Falkenberg Ives and a member of the firm's healthcare and commercial litigation practices. She has experience with contract disputes, administrative appeals, healthcare fraud litigation, including False Claims Act qui tam actions, as well as advising clients on a variety of regulatory issues.

Fallon handles all aspects of litigation in state and federal courts, including oral argument, motion practice, conducting depositions, and negotiating settlements. She brings a passion for courtroom advocacy, drawing on her experience as a former deputy prosecutor to deliver clear, persuasive arguments on behalf of clients.  

Prior to joining Falkenberg Ives, she worked for the City of Chicago’s Department of Law handling an array of regulatory litigation matters.  She also worked for the Indiana Attorney General Office’s Medicaid Fraud Control Unit and as a deputy prosecutor in Indianapolis, IN.

Education & Bar Admissions

Fallon received her B.A. in journalism from Indiana University. She received her J.D. from the IU McKinney School of Law in 2019. 

She has been admitted to the Indiana state bar since 2019, and was admitted to the Illinois state bar in 2024. She is also admitted to the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
